In 1863 the pastry and biscuit bakery of Geraldus Johannes Droste in Haarlem opens its doors to the public. Today, in one of the few remaining large chocolate factories in the Netherlands, Droste chocolate products are still made in the same way and with as much love and attention as ever. That is what we call pure Dutch craftsmanship!
