Espresso coffee "Doge Rosso" is a blend composed of 100% Arabica beans from Brazil, Colombia in Costa Rica. Each harvest is roasted separately and then cold blended according to Venetian tradition.
When studying the composition of "Doge Rosso," only one fundamental aspect had to be considered: - The ancestral tradition of Venetian Expresso:
Simplicity, great aroma and low acidity. The only modification to the original blend was the replacement of grains from Haiti with grains from Colombia to bring out their sweetness.
Once the infusion is prepared, the perfume and aromas of each crop are accentuated thanks to the classic Venetian method of cold blending.
