Patience and care for maximum enjoyment
Good coffee, or "caffe", is only made from the best raw materials. Kimbo coffee is produced in close cooperation with coffee farmers in the producing countries. The experts and roasting masters first select suitable cultivation areas and work closely with the local coffee farmers. During the entire cultivation process, the growth and ripening of the coffee are monitored and controlled. All beans are air-dried in the sun, shelled and then transported to the roasting plant in Naples. There, each bean is checked again. The tasters check the green coffee, i.e. the green bean, and release only flawless product for further processing. Kimbo's roasting masters adjust each roasting process individually to the green coffee used and many other parameters in order to achieve an optimum result in each roast and produce only the best coffee. Only with such individual roasting profiles and the roasting of a single variety does the extraordinary quality of Kimbo "caffe" emerge.
