Some use tips for making coffee

Grind the coffee correctly: Grind the coffee beans coarsely, medium or finely, depending on the brewing method you are using. For example: grind coarser for a French press and grind finer for an espresso.
Use clean water: Use fresh, cold water of good quality. Avoid using distilled water, as it can affect the taste of the coffee. If possible, try to use lime-free water as well.
Watch the brew time: Keep an eye on the brew time, especially if you are using a coffee machine. Over extraction can result in bitter coffee, while under extraction can result in weak coffee. Follow the recommended brew time for the chosen brewing method.

Do the crema test. If the sugar remains briefly on the golden brown, contiguous crema, then slowly disappears into the crema and the crema closes again, then the café crema is perfect!
