The Extra Bar Classic is Pascucci's most consistent blend and also the roastery's bestseller. Only "naturals" are used for this. The 75% "naturals" Arabica beans are dried naturally in the open air for two to four weeks after harvesting, without the addition of pesticides.
After drying, the green coffee beans are freed from the pulp of the coffee cherries by hand and packed in the classic 60 kilo coffee bags. This very natural processing gently supports the development and expression of the aromas in the coffee beans, which are very noticeable when the coffee or espresso is enjoyed later.
