Unlike our other varieties, Cremazzurro is made with 100% Vietnamese Robusta beans. These give the espresso its special full body and spicy, almost tobacco-like flavor, with a sweetness reminiscent of semi-sweet chocolate. But above all, Cremazzurro stands out for its firm crema with fine pores on which you could almost rest an espresso spoon. Of course it is this crema to which this unique espresso owes its name.
Cremazzurro is the perfect espresso for people who feel at home in the south of Italy, and who appreciate Sicily and Calabria for the same character this espresso has - maybe a little rough, but very warm.
