This is illy's way of referring to the typical Italian dark roast for the classic espresso. For this blend, only 100% Arabica beans from selected producers are used, which develop their full flavour through skilled roasting. The typical espresso aromas are accompanied by a touch of caramel, toasted bread and a delicious chocolate note. The crema with fine pores also impresses.
