An espresso of the Neapolitan roast since 1979 - dark, careful and slow. The company emphasizes not only selected beans, but also a light roast. The can design, inspired by Illy, is also impressive. The can is equipped with a special flavor filter and can be closed over and over again so that the beans do not lose their flavor. This variety consists of 92% Arabica beans from the best regions. IZZO used to offer a Supermiscela in a bag, but it is no longer available. The Izzo Silver is the worthy successor in canned form.
At first glance, the black beans don't look very inviting, but a second glance reveals the outstanding Arabica beans, all very long and evenly roasted. No bitterness or cracking can be detected - all beans shine.
