The gentle refinement of the coffee beans through our traditional long drum roasting process makes this creation a soft, mild pleasure with a fine caramel note and a round, fruity taste.
Käfer coffee creations are selected exclusively from outstanding green coffee varieties from Asia and Central and South America. We have been roasting according to the traditional drum roasting method for more than 80 years. This is the only way we can ensure that all the aromatic substances contained in the beans really contribute to a harmonious taste. Through long roasting, irritants and chlorogenic acids are almost lost. The coffee becomes digestible and mild - without chemical or mechanical manipulation.
