Preparation: with café crema, 4x more water is pressed through the coffee powder than with an espresso. The high pressure increases the aroma and promotes the formation of a perfect crema layer. If you are making a cafe crema, grind the bean finely; if you prefer an espresso, grind coarser. Strength 4 out of 5 and enjoy.
Packaging
Packaging is made of high barrier material, which protects coffee beans from oxygen. Before the bag is welded, air is pumped out and a nitrogen-based protective gas is injected into its place.
Due to the fact that coffee degasses over a fairly long period of time after being heated, a semi-permeable valve is placed on the packaging that allows unwanted gases to escape, while blocking access to oxygen.
