Proven as Café Crema in whole beans, this coffee is ideal for preparation in fully automatic coffee machines.
Preparation: for caffe crema, 4x more water is pressed through the coffee powder than for an espresso. The high pressure increases the aroma and promotes the formation of a perfect crema. If you are making a café crema, grind the bean finely; if you prefer an espresso, grind coarser. Enjoy.
