Finely ground green tea (tencha) has a long tradition in Asia. One&Only's 100% matcha powder brings this traditional form of tea pleasure from the Far East to everyday life. Even small amounts are enough to give your drink the typical spicy taste of green tea.
Preparation:
Cold, for 0.3 liter matcha frappé: fill the blender jar with 3 g matcha, 45 g one&only vanilla frappe powder, 100 ml milk and a 0.3 liter cup of ice cubes, blend all ingredients in the blender for 10-15 seconds for a creamy texture.
Hot, for 0.3 liter matcha latte: mix 2.5 g matcha with 300 ml of frothed milk, serve with a milk foam cap.
