This coffee is labeled "Mild" due to the almost exclusively washed coffee beans from Central America.
As with all Pascucci coffees, the beans are roasted using the traditional drum roasting method. This allows the aromas to develop best. The espresso has a very mild aroma, a pronounced fruity note and a very restrained acidity. When prepared correctly, the crema of the coffee is very fine-pored with a dense structure, so that it does not collapse immediately after serving and remains in the cup for a long time.
