What aroma do you smell?
Dark cream with a compact consistency (if extracted at the bar), good aroma, very interesting impact on the nose of cocoa, toast, cookie and licorice for a full and silky taste.
An uncomplicated and sincere blend that leaves a lingering aftertaste of brown notes to which a note of black pepper is added in the aftertaste for an optimal balance of aroma and flavor.
How do we get it?
We blend coffees from 4 countries around the world and obtain a unique blend of 55% Arabica coffee and 45% Robusta, with a medium-dark roast to meet the taste of espresso and reproduce it at home, respecting the quality of the starting bean.
