Yoghurt frappé 1 kg One&Only
Beverage powder with Yoghurt for preparing a frappé. Makes 25 servings of 40 - 45 g per 0.36 liters of beverage!
Preparation: for 0.3 l portion: Fill the blender jug with approx. 45 g frappé powder, 100 ml milk and a 0.3 l cup of ice cubes (160 g). Blend all ingredients for 10 - 15 seconds for a creamy texture. You can also add a fresh espresso.
Ingredients: Sugar, skimmed MILK powder (30 %), skimmed MILK yoghurt powder (20 %), glucose syrup, coconut fat, acidifier: citric acid (E330), thickener: xanthan gum (E415), flavouring, stabilizer: sodium phosphate (E339).
Allergens: Milk (including lactose)
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place. Temperature max. 25 °C.
